OUR WARRANTY TO YOU - 100% guaranteed dental work

The Practice offers a 2 year limited warranty to our patients for fillings and a 5 year limited warranty on major treatment such as: inlays, onlays, veneers, crowns, bridges and implants. The conditions of the warranty include a commitment from the patient to maintain their recommended periodontal maintenance dental hygiene appointments, and to wear a nightguard and/or sports guard regularly if recommended.

Warranty Conditions:

1. Patients who do not follow our recommended hygiene maintenance schedule within one of our dental offices will not be eligible for our warranty.
2. Incisal edge fillings and resin bonded veneers are not considered warranted fillings, as the ideal treatment is a crown or a veneer, not filling or bonding material.
3. A warranty is not provided for fillings on primary teeth.
4. There will be no warranty for fillings on which a tooth was recommended a crown, an onlay, an inlay, or a veneer, but chose to receive a restoration which was not a first recommendation. ie: must agree to “ideal dentistry”.
